Structural panels are manufactured to exact specifications in a controlled facility, ensuring zero tolerance variance and consistent quality on every build.
Rapid On-Site Assembly
Pre-engineered panels arrive numbered and sequenced. A trained crew of 8 members can erect a full 1,800 square foot single story house in an 8-hour day once the foundation slab is cured after pour. From Slab to Certificate of Occupancy in 8 hours.
Reduced Labour Dependency
The system requires fewer skilled tradespeople on-site, lowering labour costs and reducing exposure to workforce shortages that plague conventional construction.
